Hi, we're Chad and Taylor—your Executive Directors for Miss Hoosier Heartland! We've been MAO directors together since 2019, and honestly, we love what we do.
Taylor brings her competitive Miss America Organization background and specializes in interview prep. She's all about helping you find your authentic voice and nail that interview with confidence.
Chad handles the behind-the-scenes magic—coordinating our digital prep sessions year-round and keeping all the paperwork running smoothly (because someone has to love spreadsheets, right?).
Here's what we're really passionate about: we're not just prepping you for competition. We're focused on building the professional skills and confidence you'll use long after your year of service ends.

Miss Hoosier Heartland is powered by an incredible team of volunteers who make everything possible. These amazing people show up year after year (and some join us for the first time each year) to help with mock interview panels, competition day logistics, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our program shine.
From the seasoned volunteers who've been with us since day one to the fresh faces who bring new energy each year, our team is the backbone of what we do. They donate their time, expertise, and enthusiasm because they believe in our contestants and the Miss America Opportunity's mission.
